(Stitch3D) provides this Privacy Policy to inform users of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information received or obtained when users visit this website, located at https://www.stitch3d.io and any other website owned and operated by Stitch3D (the “Sites”), or when users access and use the service provided by Stitch3D (the “Service”), or when users access and use the Service through any related Stitch3D mobile applications (the “App”). Throughout this document, we will collectively refer to the “Services” as meaning the Site(s), the Service, and the App.

In this Privacy Policy, “you”, “your”, or “User” means the person using the Services and the company (if any) on whose behalf an individual is acting, and “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Stitch3D,” means Stitch3D Inc.

By accessing and using the Services you agree to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you do not wish to provide us with personal data or to have it processed by us or any of our service providers, please do not visit or interact with the Sites or the App or use the Service.

If you reside outside the U.S., your personally identifiable information will be transferred to the U.S. and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. Communications with our Customers and Users. Information You Provide. We use a third-party card processor for all credit card transactions, and we do not store any credit card information on our Services. We may collect personal information from you when you write a review on our Services.

Information We May Collect With Your Permission. Not withstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the Services with access to your Google account and Google data, the Service’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

The Services will only use or access your information to read, write, modify or control of your Google data including message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Google data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve the Services features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If we transfer your Google data as a result of complying with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will notify you of such transfer unless such notice is prohibited by law.

The Services will not use your Google data for serving advertisements.

We will not allow our personnel or other individuals to read your data unless (a) we have your affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data, (b) doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to the Services internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

Third-Party Services. If you register or log into your account through Third-Party Services, we will have access to some of your third-party account information from that service, including identifiers, such as your name and other information in that account, and used for purposes such as improving your recommendations. We may also have access to third-party account information if you use the features of the Services to share a link.

III. How We Disclose Your Information

Disclosure. We may disclose information collected from and about you as follows

(1) to our related companies and service providers, to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us such as: hosting and server co-location services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, fraud detection, investigation and prevention services, web and mobile analytics, email and communication distribution and monitoring services, remote access services, performance measurement, data optimization and marketing services, social and advertising networks, content, lead generating and data enrichment providers, email, voicemails, video conferencing solutions, support and customer relation management systems, third-party customer support providers, and our legal, compliance and financial advisors and auditors;

(2) to our marketing partners, advertisers or other third parties, who may contact you with their own offers. If you directly engage with any of our partners, advertisers, or other third parties, please note that any aspect of that engagement which is not directly related to the Services and directed by us is beyond the scope of our Terms and Privacy Policy, and may therefore be governed by the partner, advertiser, or other third party’s terms and privacy policy;

Any information you submit on these forums, blogs and communities – including profile information associated with the User profile you use to post the information – may be read, collected, and used by others who access the Services. Due to the nature of such public forums, your posts and certain profile information may remain visible to all even after you terminate your User profile. To request removal of your information from publicly accessible parts of the Services operated by us, please contact us as provided below and note the part of the Services from which you would like your information to be removed. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to and why;

(5) If you submit a public review or feedback, note that we may (at our discretion) store and present your review publicly, on our Services. If you choose to send others an email or message inviting them to use the Services, we may use the contact information you provide us to automatically send such invitation email or message on your behalf. Your name and email address may be included in the invitation email or message.

However, please note that you will not be able to opt-out of receiving certain Services communications which are integral to your use (like password resets or billing notices).

We may also notify you about new features, additional offerings, events and special opportunities or any other information we think you will find valuable, as our Customer or User. We may provide such notices through any of the contact means available to us (e.g., phone, mobile or email), through the Services, or through our marketing campaigns on any other sites or platforms. V. Other Important Information

Children under the age of sixteen

Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of sixteen (16). No one under age sixteen may provide any personal information to or on our Services. The Services are not directed to children, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen without verifiable parental consent. If you are under sixteen, do not use or provide any information on this website or through any of its features, do not register on our Services, do not make any purchases through our Services, do not use any of the interactive or public comment features of our Services, and do not provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under thirteen without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Do Not Track Signals

Access, Correction, & Deletion

Retention of Personal Information

Users from Outside the United States

The Services are hosted in the United States.
